How Do I access my Account Page?

• Login to the Account page from http://account.terra.net.lb which can be also accessed from our main page www.terra.net.lb
• Enter your username and password to gain access.


How do I register my email account?

• Login to your Account page (See question number1 for instructions).
• Click on Register New E-mail from the menu.


How do I know how much quota I still have left in my Account as well as my connection history?

• Login to your Account page (See question number1 for instructions).
• Click on Connection History from the menu.


How can I edit my personal information that appears when I log in to Account?

The information that appears in your account can only be changed by contacting Customer Care Department at 1293.


How can I change my main login or e-mail password?

If you know your current password, all you have to do is:
• Login to your Account page (See question number1 for instructions).
• Click on Password change to choose a new login or e-mail password.


How can I reset my main login or e-mail password?

If you forgot your password, please contact Customer care at 1293 for password reset procedure.


Where can I buy refill cards?

You can buy refill cards either from our authorized resellers or online using your Credit Card.


How do I refill my account?

After buying the card, click on the refill page which can be also accessed from our main page www.terra.net.lb to apply your refill


Are there any other payment methods?

Yes. Automatic bank withdrawal (Tawteen) is also available. For more information call us on 1293.


Do you have any kind of billing cycle?

Only for DSL which should be renewed at the end of the month. Other services expire after 30 days from activation date.


How long can I keep my e-mail active if my account expires?

You would lose your e-mail account if you don’t renew your account for 3 consecutive months.
